China's Preemptive Invasion of America
Originally posted to firesofcreation.gaia.com on Jun 1st, 2007

Something quite unexpected happens on August 1st, 2007. A parallel universe opens up and swallows the Earth. On the other side is another world where China’s rulers have turned evil and were secretly visited by an advanced alien civilization in 1993.

Hu Jintao is awoken in bed by a bright light. Standing in front of him is a sinister Grey. The Grey takes Hu aboard his alien ship and scans his brain to translate the Chinese dialect. When a working communication is established, he tells Hu that his race of aliens is preparing to make China the new world power and that he was destined to become president of China in 2003. Although still a bit intimidated, Hu is excited about the idea. A secret partnership is established between the Chinese government and the Greys. In 2003 the Grey prophecy is fulfilled when Hu is elected president of China. Knowledge of a vast and superior alien technology is transmitted through the brains of all military and government personnel in the Hu administration.

For over ten years, China had meticulously planed their invasion of the United States and how they would disarm the administration of weapons of mass destruction. Ten years is all the time they need to build a massive fleet of deadly flying machines never before seen by the world. Hu decides to invade America on August 2nd, 2007; the same time that America’s military is preoccupied on the other side of the planet in the Middle East with their occupation of Iraq.

As news breaks in America of the new troop surge in Baghdad, thousands of massive alien ships appear over every military facility in the country. Panic seizes Americans as coverage of Iraq shifts to America. Before any aircraft in the country can be scrambled, death rays shoot out from underneath the ships and destroy all defense capabilities. President Bush immediately gives orders for NORAD to launch a nuclear strike on the ships. It is too late. In a matter of seconds, the Chinese have sealed every nuclear silo on the continent with a mysterious alien technology that fuses concrete with steel.

The last hope for America is to round up forces in the Middle East and send them home for the fight, but it is too late. Another fleet of alien ships materializes over Baghdad and Kabul while decimating all American military forces in a matter of minutes. Shock and awe grips the nation as Americans wait with morbid fascination and anticipation to discover who their occupier is. As millions of Chinese troops descend on American cities, shock and awe turns to relief that they are human and not a frightening and monstrous alien species.

Instead of securing cultural treasures in New York and Washington, China decides first to establish a strong presence at the GM, Toyota and Honda automobile factories, insuring an uninterrupted steady stream of cars into the motherland. Unfortunately the anarchy of the invasion causes national treasures at the MET in New York and Smithsonian museums of Washington to be looted. Outrage floods the emotions of millions of Americans who vow to make China pay big time.

China immediately establishes its largest presence in Washington D.C. Their forces storm the White House only to find that George Bush and Dick Cheney are on the run. Hu Jintao puts a bounty on the American president and establishes a prison on the captured island of Taiwan for Beijing’s greatest enemies in America.

At first China thinks that establishing a new government in Washington will be a cake walk and that Americans would embrace their occupiers as liberators. It becomes obvious that Hu and his administration are dead wrong. Immediately American militias form all over the continent and create a sizable force. Beijing immediately labels these American insurgents as terrorists and goes on a campaign to exterminate them.

A very uneasy situation develops for American families everywhere. If they comply to the new government Beijing has established through use of force, they become enemies to the American insurgents hell bent on fighting back and forcing China to flee. If they befriend the insurgents, they become enemies of Beijing. Americans who do comply with the new government are soon intimidated by threats of death from insurgents. Truck bombs go off daily, destroying homes, families, churches and businesses of those Americans seeking to cooperate with the Chinese.

Civil war erupts across the nation between those who want to comply with the occupier and those who don’t. A brain drain on the country begins when esteemed intellectuals supporting Beijing and calling resistance to China’s superior military power a futile act, are picked off one by one as the rest begin fleeing to Europe and China for asylum.

Back home in Beijing, Hu’s popularity is at an all time low. Chinese citizens whose loved ones in the military return home daily in body bags, have decided they no longer support the Chinese occupation of America. It is too costly and success of a new government being established in Washington who is friendly to Beijing is considered highly unlikely by the majority of the population. Even though the advanced alien technology has given China the ability to remain in America indefinitely, there is a sense that the situation in North America may bring other nations into the conflict who are sympathetic to the U.S.

It is of course argued by the Hu administration that no global power could force China to conform to their wishes of an end to the occupation, but it is agreed that war without end won’t improve the image of China around the world that has taken a turn for the worse. Anti-Chinese sentiment has risen to an all time high and nations like Japan and Britain who were labeled as part of an axis of evil by the Chinese leader, are now scrambling for nuclear weapons that could help them attack as well as prevent Beijing from invading them. In China, growing concern amidst the populace surrounds the major cities of Beijing and Shanghai, where nuke detectors have been set up in the event of an American terrorist planting a suitcase nuke.

Finally, after four years of a war the majority Chinese population never supported, Chinese forces slowly return home. There is the argument continually made by Hu and his administration that if all forces leave immediately, the civil war in America would spin out of control. This argument is rejected by the Chinese population whose protests of civil disobedience are finally able to shut down the war machine. They say that the civil war argument is only a justification for Chinese forces to remain in America indefinitely.

Finally in August 2nd, 2012, the last Chinese forces leave America. The civil war across the continent finally ends as insurgents and their enemies call a truce. Elections are held and a new president is elected. Their administration must tackle the difficult job of restoring order to America and rebuilding the military; a job that is expected to take decades. Chinese casualties from their invasion and occupation are only a tiny fraction of America’s dead.

In this parallel universe, the world’s people unanimously decide to create closer international coalitions that prevent preemptive war through stronger international law. This in turn helps to prevent an escalation of conflicts threatening to turn into a new world war.
